• Installation of fixtures or built-in elements
• Guarantees or performance promises beyond styling consultation and guidance

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their space, needs, and preferences
• Ensuring that any construction, installation, or structural work is performed by licensed professionals
• Obtaining necessary permits or approvals for any modifications to their property
• Purchasing furniture, decor, and materials as recommended or selected
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• Extraordinaryssa provides styling consultation and guidance services on an "as is" basis
• We do not warrant that our styling recommendations will achieve specific results or outcomes
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the implementation of our styling recommendations
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of furniture, decor, or materials purchased by clients
• We are not liable for any construction, installation, or structural work performed by third parties

Payment Terms
